EVA's mission is to provide highly positive, competitive, and effort based team culture.  Our coaching principles empower and develop competitive, confident players who thrive not only as volleyball players but as young individuals .
Our vision is to create a nationally respected program that is known to develop our athletes in skill, game knowledge, and team principles/culture.
Our goal each season is to provide each player, family, and the team with a meaningful and enriching experience while teaching the game, team concepts, skills and many lessons that transfer into life. We are here to serve all highly driven and motivated players who seek serious level of training to provide them with development in volleyball skill and game knowledge as well as help each player achieve big personal and team goals.  We strive to compete at the highest level in all age groups.
We offer highly knowledgeable coaching staff lead by club director Tanja Eckart.  We are located in Little Rock, AR and proudly serve players from Central Arkansas region who are looking to be a part of top level competitive teams.

We are passionate about team-first concepts and teach and live "We vs. Me" team culture. Within this culture we teach players how being the best you can be individually is making your team the best that it can be - and that's the ultimate goal of any team sport!

Winning is byproduct of every team member doing all they can to be the best they can be in the role where team needs them. That is part of your trust in the process. There are no quick fixes - growth and improvement are part of the process. We develop athletes in a culture of discipline and great effort. Our training in never complete - there is always something to improve and do 1% better.  Our methods of training are always evolving and improving as we have coaches who are continuous learners.
